responsible for quality assurance & control of outsourced part (supplier parts) & new component development quality.

lead forging, ht, gear & motor commodity team efficiently towards excel in commodity objectives correct understanding & interpretation of gd & t in machining process and measurement methods

knowledge in correct interpretation of engineering drawings (gear parts, as forge & machined parts drawings)

knowledge in steel material grades, rm defects, metallurgythorough knowledge in various ht process, defects,

process knowledge

1) gears : hobbing, shaving & grinding

2) heat treatment : case carburising, hardening, tempering, induction hardening & gas nitriding; 3) forging process/ machining

4) electrical & hydraulic motor manufacturingexperience in component development like gears/ht/forging, machining & solving gear quality issues & forging defects, causes & remedies

skilled in interpreting gear testing reports

cmm reports keeping the manufacturing process in mind

skill on supplier approval audits & process ity to discuss & confirm the supplier manufacturing feasibility for the given engineering specifications.

basic understanding in materials & metallurgical aspects of sure to product realization tools like pfd, pfmea & cp.

exposure to apqp & sure to problem solving tools like 7 qc tools, spc & msa,

exposure to sap exposure to qms requirements good in interpersonal skills

ability to plan & execute component quality requirements (coordination skills)ability in effective communication to suppliers on quality problems, interactions with supplier to ensure quality supplies with qms documents requirements.

good in ms excel & power point ppt etc.
