A Quality Control (QC) Inspector at a rotavator (rotary tiller) manufacturing company checks raw metals, welded frames, gearboxes, and rotor blades to ensure they meet exact engineering blueprints and safety rules. They test parts, stop bad items from moving forward, and write daily inspection logs.

Required Skills and Tools

Reading Drawings: Know how to read technical blueprints and engineering plans.

Measuring Tools: Use Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread pitches, and hardness testers.

Process Knowledge: Understand basic metal cutting, sheet metal forming, welding standards, and gear-box assembly.

Communication: Tell shop floor supervisors right away if a machine tool makes bad parts.

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Machinist/Fitter, plus high school graduation.
