Implementation,A structured and planned monthly meeting with the Customers.

 Take up the training of the Sub-ordinate employees and mentor them to enhance their performance.

 Production management with daily target monitoring for out-put as well as Quality.

 Administer the Incoming Quality, In-process Quality and outgoing quality.

 Handle the supplier selection, up gradation and development emphasizing on enhancing the productivity and

profitability of the organization.

 PPM reduction (Internal & External both) through various CFT
