Job Description

we are looking for a detail-oriented quality assurance (qa) executive to monitor and evaluate processes, documentation, and service quality across our operations. this is a non-technical qa role, ideal for candidates with strong observational, communication, and documentation skills.

key responsibilities:

conduct routine checks and audits of processes and documentation

identify gaps in sop (standard operating procedure) adherence

maintain quality records and audit reports

coordinate with internal teams to resolve quality issues

ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and guidelines

participate in process improvement initiatives

support training and onboarding processes with quality inputs

provide timely feedback and reporting to qa manager or team lead
