Key Responsibilities Ensure incoming raw materials, components, and vendor-supplied parts meet company quality requirements, engineering specifications, and applicable statutory standards. Coordinate with the Purchase Department for supplier selection, evaluation, approval, and performance monitoring. Conduct supplier audits and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve supplier quality. Manage Incoming Quality Control (IQC), inspection activities, and supplier rejection analysis. Work closely with Engineering and NPD teams for new product development, supplier approval, and quality planning. Analyze supplier-related quality issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
