This is a full-time role that requires working from the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Develop Test Plans and Cases:** Create detailed test plans and test cases based on software requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.- **Perform Manual and Automated Testing:** Execute both manual and automated tests to identify bugs and ensure the software meets quality standards before release.- **Report and Track Defects:** Log defects into the bug tracking system, prioritize them, and work closely with the development team to facilitate timely resolution.- **Conduct Regression Testing:** Run regression tests to confirm that new code changes have not adversely affected existing functionalities.- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback on software design.- **Enhance Testing Processes:** Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in quality assurance.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot software issues effectively.
