Quality Assurance Associate (Male)

Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production activities for Namkeen and Sweets.

Develop and maintain consistent taste, texture, appearance, and quality of products.

Monitor production processes and ensure products meet company quality standards.

Handle recipe standardization and product improvement.

Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues.

Check and control the quality of raw materials, ingredients, oil, spices, dry fruits, etc.

Reduce production wastage and improve yield and productivity.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and R&D teams.

Maintain proper production records, batch details, and quality parameters.

Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and GMP practices on the production floor.

Train and supervise production staff and workers.

Assist in developing new namkeen and sweet products according to market requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

Associate Manager Namkeen & Sweets to manage and improve the production, quality, taste, consistency, and product development of namkeen and traditional sweets.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of namkeen and sweets manufacturing, raw materials, recipes, processing methods, quality standards, and production troubleshooting.
