Responsibilities of Inspector Incoming QC:

Responsibility is to inspect all incoming components in accordance

All raw materials or components entering a facility should be verified that they conform to the quality of the incoming product as expected.

Uses various measuring devices including: microscope, pin gauges, callipers, multi-meters, etc.

Quality Control inspector is responsible for sampling all incoming raw ingredients. Inspection Reports.

Should be follow ERP System on daily basis Strictly

Keep Control Electric Consumption and clean equipments like plug, pin etc. on daily basis

Most common roles of Inspector Incoming QC:

Reading blueprints and specifications.

Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards.

Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process.

Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced

Experience : 1 - 3 Years
