responsibilities of inspector incoming qc:

• responsibility is to inspect all incoming components in accordance

• all raw materials or components entering a facility should be verified that they conform to the quality of the incoming product as expected.

• uses various measuring devices including: microscope, pin gauges, callipers, multi-meters, etc.

• quality control inspector is responsible for sampling all incoming raw ingredients. inspection reports.

• should be follow erp system on daily basis strictly

• keep control electric consumption and clean equipment’s like plug, pin etc. on daily basis

most common roles of inspector incoming qc:

• reading blueprints and specifications.

• monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards.

• recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process.

• inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced
