• Assisting FSTL for documentation & record keeping

• Outside laboratory communication for the annual testing

• Daily traceability record keeping

• Daily Mass balance activity.

• Corrective action & preventive actions follow up to be taken from respective process owner

• Verification of daily records & Trend analysis of process deviations

• Training to workers with regards to Food safety, allergens, foreign body, CCPs etc.

• Assisting in Internal Audit documentation and effective NC closure

• Providing assistance in external audits

• Interdepartmental communication.

• Assisting QA Manager/HOD in staff planning and making shift schedule.

• Additional responsibility whenever required.

• Monitoring and controlling the allocated budget for the department.
