Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, monitoring their performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.

Strategic Sourcing:

Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize costs and improve the overall efficiency of the procurement process.

Stay informed about market trends, price fluctuations, and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Collaborate with legal and other relevant departments to review and finalize contract details.

Cost Analysis:

Conduct cost analysis and financial evaluations to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and cost forecasting.

Quality Control:

Collaborate with the quality control team to establish and maintain quality standards for purchased goods and services.

Address and resolve any quality issues with vendors promptly.

Inventory Management:

Work closely with the inventory management team to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory or stockouts.

Implement inventory control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
