Salary:- 50 - 70k per months.

Location Jamnagar (Gujarat)

1 Development of a competent and reliable vendor base to meet GPL business objectives.

2 Maximize existing supplier performance.

3 Achieve cost saving targets, strong delivery performance and high quality of products using QCD (Quality ,cost, delivery) tools to vendor.

4 Raw material knowledge, part weight calculation, Cost breakdown and benchmarks to challenge supplier to provide best quality products at an optimal pricing

5 Supplier cost negotiations skill to improve commercial term, supplier chain performance to mitigate the risk in delivery.

6 Ensure on-time delivery of parts.

7 Work with supplier and quality team to ensure zero defects.

8 Knowledge of turning parts, metal casting, metal forging, sheet metal process.

9 Preparation of RFQ, PO submission to supplier.

10 Procurement of the brass parts as per the timelines committed.

11 Co-ordinate for product related quarries with purchase & QA ( Jamnagar & .)

12 Co-ordinate for dispatching the .& sub vendors items . Holder parts, GPL tech part

13 Guiding the suppliers / vendors for improving their processes

14 Co-ordinate for product related quarries with purchase & QA ( Jamnagar & .)

15 Guiding the suppliers / vendors for improving their processes

16 Costing of All Brass Parts on excel sheet

17 New vendor development.

18 New product Devolvement.
