Research potential vendors.

Identify cost savings to meet goals, develop cost modelling and automate costing process.

Negotiating skills: Will be working with suppliers to create the best deals.

Responsible for handling a team of 4-5 employees.

Develop processes to standardize and maximize our process efficiency and control of our internal operations.

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Keeping track of vendor payments.

Review quality of purchased products.

Enter order details (. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Coordinate with warehouse employees to ensure proper storage.

Assist in any other as-hoc task assigned by superior or by the management.
