Research potential vendors. Identify cost savings to meet goals, develop cost modelling and automate costing process. Negotiating skills: Will be working with suppliers to create the best deals. Responsible for handling a team of 4-5 employees. Develop processes to standardize and maximize our process efficiency and control of our internal operations. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Keeping track of vendor payments. Review quality of purchased products. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Coordinate with warehouse employees to ensure proper storage. Assist in any other as-hoc task assigned by superior or by the management.

1. Overall manage the inventory (Raw & Packing material)2. Oversees team of inventory or warehouse employees.3. Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.4. Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.5. Analyses daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.6. Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.7. Monitors demand and analyses data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.8. Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
