Sr. Purchase Engineer Mechanical Engineer with min 7+ years of experience , preferable from Sheetmetal, manufacturing industry- MNC Company

- Collects Expression of Needs (ERP Purchase Request, App request, Outsourcing Request)

- Analysis and prepared consultation by carrying out a standard or specific specifications (is supported by the technical department and QSE in terms of technical criteria and quality)

- Conducts consultations, tenders with known or new suppliers

- Reviews responses, analyzes providers' ability to meet demand

- Makes a summary for presentation to the applicant

- Leads negotiation deadlines, cost, (is supported by the technical department and QSE in terms of technical criteria and quality)

- Search, select new suppliers based on data provided by the applicant concerned

- Takes charge of litigation files (processing claims/ dispute settlements...)

- Create articles, site items and fare listings

- Reporting

Graduate in Production Management or Quality, Industrial Logistics and Organisation or Equivalent

- Knowledge of the industrial and technical rules inherent in the purchase/supply/stock management function

- Computer literacy: office tools (spreadsheet, databases) and ERP

- Product knowledge

- Knowledge of the QSE repository in force in its sector: procedures, instructions...

- Trading and purchasing technique

- Knowledge of contractual obligations on the conditions for setting up contracts

- Knowledge of professional English required (written and oral)
