Purchase Manager (Male)

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee our purchasing department in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of experience and a professional degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.

- **Supplier Management:** Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing. This involves building strong relationships to negotiate favorable terms.

- **Procurement Strategy:** Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.

- **Inventory Control:** Monitor inventory levels to ensure that supplies are available when needed but not overstocked. This requires coordination with other departments to align purchasing with production needs.

- **Budget Management:** Prepare and manage the purchasing budget to optimize spending. You will analyze purchasing data to identify potential savings and make recommendations.

- **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals to improve their skills and performance. You will set goals, provide training, and evaluate team progress.

Required skills include strong negotiation and communication abilities, analytical thinking, and proficiency in procurement software. The candidate should also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work under pressure. Candidates should be proactive problem solvers who can adapt to a dynamic work environment.
