Purchase Executive - Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

Procure construction materials, equipment, and site consumables.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and quality.

Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation.

Coordinate with project sites, stores, and accounts for timely material delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Maintain vendor relationships and resolve procurement-related issues.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction materials and procurement.

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
