position: purchase executive (male)

key responsibilities:

• procurement expertise: bring your procurement prowess to the table, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

• vendor management: build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.

• sourcing and evaluation: identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and make informed sourcing decisions.

• cost negotiation: negotiate pricing and terms to optimize cost savings while maintaining quality standards.

• purchase order management: efficiently manage and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• inventory control: monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing excess and obsolete stock.

• quality assurance: collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure purchased products meet established standards.

• compliance: ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

qualifications:

• bachelor's degree, supply chain management, or related field.

• 2 years of experience in procurement and vendor management.

• strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving cost savings.

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
