role and responsibilities:
 monitor and manage the daily activities of different fms (flow chart management
system)/ process workflows to ensure they are carried out in an efficient and effective
manner.
 getting work done in the required timeline through follow ups from the doer or seniors.
 identify critical steps in different fms, and understanding the importance to get the work
finished
 raising help ticket
 daily basis follow-ups
 bringing to management attention with mis sheets & help tickets
 identify bottlenecks in different fms, and keep close eyes on those steps to ensure
smooth functioning of the complete workflow
 prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
 maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
 review quality of purchased products
authority  to assign check list to sub coordinates for smooth functioning of his work
technical skills
required:
 excellent written and verbal communication skills
 time-management skills
 ability to pay attention to detail
 organization skills
 ability to multitask
 basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as
microsoft office
 knowledge of excel /google sheet.
