Job Title: Purchase Executive/ Purchase Assistant

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Vendor Management:

Identify potential suppliers and negotiate terms and agreements.

Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and manage vendor performance.

Purchase Planning:

Analyze purchase requisitions and ensure alignment with organizational needs.

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.

Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Cost Negotiation:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.

Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process.

Order Processing:

Generate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications.

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure received products meet specified standards.

Address and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery, or other concerns.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, new products, and industry best practices.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-effective purchasing opportunities.
