our professional team on the ground would identify the right property in a specified budget, location, and other specs. shall arrange for a site visit, involve in negotiations, home loans including after-sales service, and take care of end-to-end requirements of a customer's home buying process to make the overall transaction smooth and hassle-free.
roles & responsibilities:
responsible for generating sales with existing and new prospects and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned areas of work.
- schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets
- liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
- report on sales activities to senior management
- reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base

required candidate profile:
- impeccable profile with high professionalism.
- experience in sales is beneficial.
- good communication, presentation, and listening skills.
- proficient in english, kannada, and hindi. basic communication in telugu is recommended
