Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Sales Executive to handle project-based sales in the lighting
industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for lighting solutions in
commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
€¢ Identify and pursue project-based sales opportunities in the lighting sector.
€¢ Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project consultants.
2. Project Management
€¢ Coordinate with clients to understand their lighting requirements and offer customized solutions.
€¢ Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and tenders.
3. Sales Execution
€¢ Close project deals by negotiating terms and conditions in line with company policies.
€¢ Ensure timely delivery of products and services as per project timelines.
4. Market Research
€¢ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in lighting solutions.
€¢ Provide insights for improving product positioning and sales strategies.
5. Collaboration
€¢ Work closely with the design, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
€¢ Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns targeting project clients.
6. Customer Relationship Management
€¢ Maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
€¢ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
€¢ 3+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting or construction industry.
€¢ Strong understanding of lighting products, technologies, and applications.
€¢ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
