1. Coordination
• Coordinate for project implementation and scheduling
• Ensure smooth execution of disaster management training programs
• Maintain regular communication with related authorities
• Monitor and report progress of activities conducted in related organization
2. Recruitment and payroll Management
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews)
• Coordinate with HR/vendors for hiring trainers, field staff, and support teams
• Maintain recruitment tracker and onboarding documentation
• Assist/manage payroll processing for project staff
• Coordinate with team leads for discrepancies.
