✅ Lead and manage project teams, define roles, and track performance.

✅ Optimize manpower, materials, and tools for cost-effective execution.

✅ Develop work schedules, track progress, and minimize rework.

✅ Maintain project documentation & approvals, including:

• 📑 Material Inspection (MRIR), NDE, Fit-up Inspection, Testing & Commissioning Reports

✅ Report progress, risks, and opportunities to management.

✅ Ensure safety & compliance at all project sites.
