JOB DESCRIPTION - PROJECT MANAGER

Position: Project Manager

Department: Projects / Construction

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8-15 Years

Qualification: ./ in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to completion.

Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors.

Supervise site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Manage project resources, manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.

Review project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Coordinate with QS, QA/QC, Design, Procurement, and Accounts teams.

Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.

Review BOQs, estimates, measurements, billing, and project costs.

Conduct regular site meetings and prepare project progress reports.

Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Ensure successful handover of the project within the approved budget and schedule.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and project planning.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams and contractors.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, and AutoCAD is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A result-oriented professional with strong experience in managing construction projects, site teams, contractors, schedules, quality, and project costs.
