· experience related skill development training coordination.

· should be able to understand the courses offered from the client end

· community coordination as per the guidelines

· engagement with local bodies/ pmay/bocw

· connect with govt bodies and labour department

· ability to connect and interact with prospective employee.

· ensuring 100% and timely student registration as per the timelines and target plan

· ensure necessary documents are provided by the students

· providing necessary information and data on a timely basis for the generation of necessary reports.

· good communication skills – regional language preferred

· must be good in ms-office and internet

· good interpersonal skills

· presentation skills

· knowledge of demography of the area of skill development and training

· the candidate should have worked in inclusive business or in any relevant field
