Job Title: Project Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to plan, track, and support the smooth execution of projects across teams. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely execution

Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reports

Liaise with internal teams (design, video, operations, sales) for task alignment

Follow up with vendors and external partners for deliverables

Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Assist in planning project requirements and documentation

Identify delays or issues and escalate to management proactively

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations

Maintain proper records, files, and project-related documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Clear verbal and written communication

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Basic understanding of project workflows

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools

Problem-solving and follow-up-oriented approach

Ability to work under deadlines and pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor-s degree in Management, Business, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in project coordination or operations

Experience in events, media, creative, or agency environments is a plus
