We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator (Digital Marketing Projects) with 2–5 years of hands-on involvement in coordinating SEO, PPC, SMM, Content, and Website development projects. The candidate must be able to manage timelines, communicate effectively with clients, and streamline execution for internal teams.
:hammer_and_spanner: Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end digital marketing projects from planning to delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding requirements & providing updates.
Create project plans, timelines, SOWs, and maintain trackers.
Work closely with SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media, and Design & Development teams.
Assign tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure project deadlines are met.
Conduct quality checks before final submission.
Monitor project performance, KPIs, and share weekly/monthly reports.
Identify risks, dependencies, and suggest improvements in workflows.
Maintain strong documentation and ensure transparency in communication.
Manage tools like Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
:bulb: Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, Content Marketing & Web project processes.
Knowledge of website development basics (WordPress preferred).
Project management tools expertise (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira).
Advanced skills in Google Sheets, Docs, Excel & reporting dashboards.
Ability to create project briefs, trackers, and performance reports.
