The candidate must be able to manage timelines, communicate effectively with clients, and streamline execution for internal teams.:hammer_and_spanner: Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end digital marketing projects from planning to delivery.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding requirements & providing updates.Create project plans, timelines, SOWs, and maintain trackers.Work closely with SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media, and Design & Development teams.Assign tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure project deadlines are met.Conduct quality checks before final submission.Monitor project performance, KPIs, and share weekly/monthly reports.Identify risks, dependencies, and suggest improvements in workflows.Maintain strong documentation and ensure transparency in communication.Manage tools like Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.:bulb: Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, Content Marketing & Web project processes.Knowledge of website development basics (WordPress preferred).Project management tools expertise (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira).Advanced skills in Google Sheets, Docs, Excel & reporting dashboards.Ability to create project briefs, trackers, and performance reports.
