Production Supervisor

1) Monitoring and designing work schedule of machine operator and Helper.

2) Maintain stock of spare and POF roll stock

3) Reordering of spare and POF as per requirement.

4) Welder or labour arrangement as requirement with the help of HR.

5) Arranging supplier for local spare part.

6) Organizing dispatch roll and spare part by transport and courier.

7) Organizing Packaging of machine and dispatch.

8) Searching for transport to send material to pan India.

9) Organizing insurance for dispatch machine by transport.

10) Production planning as per discussion with Hemant sir.

11) Vendor development for production procurement and planning for production.

12) Sending dispatch report, and manufacturing report.

13) Check out warehouse need for any changes, and inform to Admin department.

14) Help for machine operator for assembly manufacturing.

15) Helps manufacturing staff to achieve the goals b communicating expectation, planning, monitoring the work.
