Production Supervisor

Overall responsibility to develop process improvements through employee involvementï‚· To ensure that all product is manufacturing in accordance to customer specificationsand approved processes.ï‚· Track all production and report on production (throughput, scrap, downtime) on a dailybasisï‚· Support plant safety rules, workforce contract and Company policies/procedures.ï‚· Review daily - all parameter sheets, work center sheetsï‚· Participate in and support customer required systems while maintaining requiredproduction and minimize scrap levels.ï‚· Assist the Production Manager in the development of the departmental goals andobjectives.ï‚· Efficient manpower implementation.ï‚· Complete all shift paperwork and reports.ï‚· Ensure all plant safety rules, plant rules are adhered to.ï‚· Issue process improvements and cost reductions as required.ï‚· Support all plant continuous improvement efforts as assigned.ï‚· Encourage employees to be involved in the safety process.ï‚· Lead by Example.ï‚· Comply with Quality & EnvironmentalDeliverables:ï‚· Daily Production Reportï‚· Time & Attendance Exception Reportï‚· Review and disposition scrap and non-conforming materials
