Freshers For Production Supervisor - Mumbai

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assisting in production planning and management while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, ensuring worker safety, and supporting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in production planning and daily production management

Supervise shop floor activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely output

Monitor and maintain quality standards during production

Ensure safety practices and compliance for workers on the production floor

Maintain production records and assist with documentation and paperwork

Use computers for basic reporting, tracking, and coordination

Support management with operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

Experience in manufacturing or production supervision preferred

Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage shop floor operations and coordinate with production teams

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
