• technical knowledge: hands-on experience with equipment like reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and multi-mills.

• cgmp knowledge: basic understanding of cgmp guidelines and regulations.

• attention to detail: strong commitment to maintaining high production and quality compliance standards. ready to relocate to dombivli.

key responsibilities

• operate and manage production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, multi-mills, and other machinery used in manufacturing processes.

• safely manage pyrophoric reagents, raney nickel, and operate pressure reactors (autoclave) in line with company policies

• oversee and ensure thorough cleaning of production areas, maintaining compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• monitor and maintain environmental conditions on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards.

• implement and uphold basic current good manufacturing practices (cgmp) in daily operations.

• assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure smooth workflow and minimise downtime.

• maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, test results, and any deviations from standard procedures.

• identify and report any safety hazards or concerns promptly.
