Job Description of Production Incharge (Woven)

1. to plan & organized production schedule as per PPC input & to meet UDD.

2. Ensure quality standard to be followed for all products.

3. To established production process in adherence to SOP.

4. To plan . , as production quality & avoid access material generation.

5. Ensure preventive maintenance & minimized breakdown of machines.

6. Plan the availability of spares for un due stoppage of machines.

7. Supervise & Manage the work of Junior staff.

8. Record data & MIS.

9. Trainee operators & Workmen.

10. Ensure Health & Safety Measures.

Key Requirement

1. Education : Diploma in Textile or in Textile.

2. Experience : 5 to 8 Years in narrow Woven Fabric.

3. Must have computer operating skills.

4. Must have worked on ERP & SAP.
