JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing Production reports and submitting them Manage and coordinate daily operations of the division Monitoring Input to Output Material requirements, movements as per quality parameters Oversee all production activities and insure timely delivery as per schedule Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production / quality issues Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order Repair or replace plant equipment as needed Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times Optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, machinery and your talent and skills Management of manpowerQualifications: Proven experience in manufacturing of Wooden Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes & Furniture is required Graduate/Engineer by qualification with 4 years and above experience. Experience in Modular Industry is required Experience on Biesse / Homag , CNC, conventional machines is required Understanding of Drawings is essential Able to make costing of products
