Job Description Production ManagerProduction ManagerResponsibilities:ï¿½ï¿½ Plan, organize, and control production operations to meet targets.ï¿½ï¿½ Knowledge of VMC/CNC/Advance Machines like (Turn mill).ï¿½ï¿½ Good understanding of 2 D Drawing.ï¿½ï¿½ Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.ï¿½ï¿½ Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery.ï¿½ï¿½ Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.ï¿½ï¿½ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.ï¿½ï¿½ Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.ï¿½ï¿½ Work under pressure.ï¿½ï¿½ Knowledge of ISO.ï¿½ï¿½ Maintain Data Planning Sheet.ï¿½ï¿½ Good knowledge of Ms Excel, makes new formats for production and follow up.ï¿½ï¿½ Production, Performances Analysis.Requirements:ï¿½ï¿½ Bachelorï¿½ï¿½s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.ï¿½ï¿½ 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing production.ï¿½ï¿½ Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
