Production & Maintenance Manager (Male)

We are seeking an experienced Production professional to join our team in Indore, India. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in a production environment, effectively managing processes and ensuring high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Production Planning**: Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet project deadlines while optimizing resource use.

2. **Quality Control**: Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality standards and take corrective actions when necessary.

3. **Team Management**: Supervise and lead production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations and foster a productive work environment.

4. **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available for production while minimizing waste.

5. **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and suggest ideas for enhancing efficiency and quality.

6. Must have Knowlede about sortex machine and processing chana plant
