Responsibilities 1. End-to-end floor operations.

2. Responsible for production output, product quality and on time shipping.

3. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.

4. Reduce operational wastage.

5. Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.

6. Should emphasize on cost reduction and improving the reliability of all unit operations and processes.

7. Stay up to date with the latest production management practices and concepts.

8. Knowledge and technical understanding of plant utilities, mechanical/ electrical process and manufacturing techniques.

9. Commit to plant safety procedure.

10. Knowledge of important factors including safety, quality and productivity.

11. Ensure that environmental, health and safety, manufacturing and quality standards and procedures are adhered to them.

12. Meeting Volume requirements as set by operations on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Skills 1. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Hindi, Marathi will be an added preference.

2. Previous experience in using ERP/SAP modules for operations.

3. Should have what it takes to ensure business continuity.

4. Understanding of laws around fire, health and safety, pollution, land management etc.

5. Forecasting and inventory planning.

6. Very ethical with demonstrable integrity.
