We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to drive the development and scale-up of CultivaDX��s urban farming platform. This role demands a mix of product leadership, stakeholder engagement, and market insight to help shape the future of urban ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in product strategy, market partnerships, and building tech-enabled solutions, particularly in the AgriTech, Smart City, or Sustainability sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

 Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for CultivaDX��s Urban Farming Solutions.

 Gather customer and market insights by engaging with farmers, developers, city planners, and agri-tech experts to translate needs into product features and solutions.

 Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

 Create and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and prioritize features based on business impact and feasibility.

 Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch to iteration, ensuring alignment with market needs and sustainability goals.

 Forge strategic partnerships with FPOs, real estate companies, agronomists, input suppliers, and tech vendors to enrich the product ecosystem.

 Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and use analytics and feedback to continuously optimize offerings.

 Ensure product compliance with regulatory frameworks, urban planning norms, and data protection laws.

 Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

Requirements:

 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, ideally in AgriTech, Agri-supply chain, Urban Development, or Smart City Solutions.

 Deep understanding of the Indian agri-ecosystem or urban sustainability landscape.

 Proven ability to design and scale digital platforms or IoT-driven solutions.
