This role demands a mix of product leadership, stakeholder engagement, and market insight to help shape the future of urban agriculture.The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in product strategy, market partnerships, and building tech-enabled solutions, particularly in the AgriTech, Smart City, or Sustainability sectors.Key Responsibilities: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for CultivaDXs Urban Farming Solutions. Gather customer and market insights by engaging with farmers, developers, city planners, and agri-tech experts to translate needs into product features and solutions. Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to bring innovative solutions to market. Create and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and prioritize features based on business impact and feasibility. Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch to iteration, ensuring alignment with market needs and sustainability goals.Company Profile :JOB Description: Forge strategic partnerships with FPOs, real estate companies, agronomists, input suppliers, and tech vendors to enrich the product ecosystem. Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and use analytics and feedback to continuously optimize offerings. Ensure product compliance with regulatory frameworks, urban planning norms, and data protection laws. Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, ideally in AgriTech, Agri-supply chain, Urban Development, or Smart City Solutions. Deep understanding of the Indian agri-ecosystem or urban sustainability landscape. Proven ability to design and scale digital platforms or IoT-driven solutions.
