This is a leadership role where you will act as a bridge between our academic team and support teams to ensure students have a smooth and enriching learning experience. You will take ownership of managing students, guiding teams, and ensuring all academic and course-related processes run efficiently.Roles and Responsibilities:- Take complete ownership of a group of students and ensure they receive a seamless learning experience.- Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic concerns, course issues, or difficulties with the Learning Management System (LMS).- Identify and resolve academic challenges, including gaps in teaching, course content issues, or technical difficulties.- Work closely with both the academic team and the support team to streamline processes and provide timely solutions.- Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure all tasks related to students learning and experience are completed efficiently.- Monitor student progress, engagement, and feedback to ensure high-quality education delivery.- Support and guide the teams while also contributing individually to problem-solving and process improvements.- Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups between teams and students.Qualifications & Skills:- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple students and tasks simultaneously.- Prior experience in education management, student engagement, or academic coordination is preferred but not mandatory.Why Join Us?Be part of a large, dynamic, and rapidly growing education organization.Take ownership of meaningful work that directly impacts students learning journeys.Work in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.
