Job Description

-Fluent in writing emails in English.

- Able to read documents in English and local language and make translations and draft solutions with HOD

- Maintain all documents, follow-up on renewals with relevant HOD.

- Great follow-up skills to ensure all delegated tasks are done

- Co-ordinate and improve communication (non-technical) between other branch of company

- Ensure same day replies to all emails sent to HOD. Follow-up on his behalf to get the tasks done

- Coordinate with all departments in company to ensure feedback/completion of assigned work.

- Excel experience
