-fluent in writing emails in english.

- able to read documents in english and local language and make translations and draft solutions with hod

- maintain all documents, follow-up on renewals with relevant hod.

- great follow-up skills to ensure all delegated tasks are done

- co-ordinate and improve communication (non-technical) between other branch of company

- ensure same day replies to all emails sent to hod. follow-up on his behalf to get the tasks done

- coordinate with all departments in company to ensure feedback/completion of assigned work.
