Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and property leads from various marketing channels.
Qualify leads based on client preferences, budget, and project suitability.
Explain project features, amenities, pricing, and other details to prospective customers.
Coordinate and schedule site visits, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system accurately.
Follow up with leads regularly to keep prospects engaged and drive them toward conversion.
Share project brochures, videos, and relevant information with clients as required.
Support the sales team by providing background information on prospects and site visit feedback.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Collaborate with the digital marketing and field sales teams for lead management and feedback.
Handle customer objections and queries professionally, ensuring a positive brand impression.
Key Skills & Competencies:
13 years of experience in presales/tele-calling/customer service, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or service industries.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (additional regional languages are a plus).
Strong customer handling and interpersonal abilities.
Good tele-counseling and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with and MS Office applications.
Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain real estate project details.
Target-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Office-based with occasional site visit coordination
