We are seeking an experienced, organized, and nurturing Pre-School Coordinator to oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the pre-school. The Coordinator will support teachers, ensure high-quality early childhood education, maintain parent communication, and uphold school policies while creating a positive, child-centered learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Academic & Program Coordination
Plan, implement, and monitor the pre-school curriculum in alignment with early childhood education standards
Support and mentor pre-school teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and child development practices
Observe classrooms regularly and provide constructive feedback to teaching staff
Ensure age-appropriate learning activities and assessments are effectively conducted
Administration & Operations
Oversee daily operations of the pre-school, including schedules, attendance, and classroom functioning
Maintain academic records, child progress reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate admissions, orientation programs, and transitions
Parent & Staff Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and sharing student progress
Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events
Facilitate effective communication between management, teachers, and support staff
Student Well-Being & Development
Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
Monitor children’s overall development and recommend interventions when needed
Support positive behavior guidance and social-emotional learning
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Minimum experience in pre-school teaching or coordination (as required by the institution)
Strong knowledge of early childhood development and curriculum frameworks
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage teams, multitask, and handle parent interactions professionally

Work Environment
