Job Summary
Svaika Corporate Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Pre-Sales Telecaller to support our sales team by generating and qualifying leads, explaining real estate projects, and scheduling site visits. The candidate will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in driving sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads and databases
Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and basic project details clearly
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads accordingly
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
Follow up with interested clients to nurture leads
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion goals
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate to sales team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or 12th pass (Freshers welcome)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi (preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage (training will be provided)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools
