About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Presales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective customers, and coordinating site visits to support the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.

Generate and qualify leads through calls, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers to customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.

Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

Required Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1-3 years of experience in real estate presales, telecalling, or customer service.
