We are looking for a dynamic Presales Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, provide property details, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries
€¢ Share property details, pricing, and availability
€¢ Qualify leads and maintain client database
€¢ Schedule meetings for sales/property managers
€¢ Support the sales team with lead updates
€¢ Maintain positive client relationships
€¢ Track market trends and report performance
Requirements:
€¢ Excellent communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English
€¢ Basic sales and customer service skills
€¢ Familiarity with CRM tools
€¢ Knowledge of Pune€™s real estate market is a plus
Growth Opportunities:
