We are looking for a dynamic Presales Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, provide property details, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries
Share property details, pricing, and availability
Qualify leads and maintain client database
Schedule meetings for sales/property managers
Support the sales team with lead updates
Maintain positive client relationships
Track market trends and report performance
Requirements:
Excellent communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English
Basic sales and customer service skills
Familiarity with CRM tools
Knowledge of Punes real estate market is a plus
Growth Opportunities:
