job summary
we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive pre-sales executive to support our sales team. you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our offerings, and creating a strong pipeline of leads.
key responsibilities
identify and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and networking
present company products and services to prospective clients
schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
maintain and update lead database (crm)
collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support campaign execution
provide feedback and insights from client interactions
key requirements
0-2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or lead generation (freshers welcome)
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to understand client needs and explain product benefits
proficiency in ms office and crm tools is a plus
