We’re inviting dynamic and passionate professionals to join us as Freelance Placement Consultants — a performance-based role designed for individuals who want to create real impact in education and talent development.

💼 Role Overview

As a Placement Consultant, you’ll act as the crucial link between college placement cells, students, and corporate recruiters — ensuring seamless coordination, efficient communication, and successful campus placements.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

✅ Collaborate with college TPOs and Placement Cells for training & recruitment activities

✅ Conduct pre-interview briefings and guide students on company profiles and expectations

✅ Coordinate interview schedules with partner companies

✅ Follow up on interview results and maintain transparent communication

✅ Submit detailed placement reports after every drive

💰 Payout Structure

Performance-Based: ₹XXX per successfully placed student

(Payable upon offer letter confirmation)

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate HR

✔ Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

✔ Preferred background: IT, Management, or Engineering domains
