Key Responsibilities Collaborate with college TPOs and Placement Cells for training & recruitment activities Conduct pre-interview briefings and guide students on company profiles and expectations Coordinate interview schedules with partner companies Follow up on interview results and maintain transparent communication Submit detailed placement reports after every drive Payout StructurePerformance-Based: XXX per successfully placed student(Payable upon offer letter confirmation)The more students you help get placed, the more you earn.
