Customer Relationship Manager/Executive (2) - for Pharma Division

Location : Lucknow

Qualification : Graduate in any stream

Experience : 1 year or more experience of Telecalling or Sales Support Desk Job in Pharma Division

Salary : Ranging from ? 15,000 – ? 25,000 + incentive (negotiable, package could be increased as per Experience)

Job Profile : 1. To make communication with our Pharma Shopee (Franchise)

2. Finding out their problems.

3. Should be tried to address their problems by her.

4. Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.

5. Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.

6. Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.

7. Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.

8. Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shopee (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.
